  • How does the booking and calendar process work?
    You place an order here online. You will be prompted to book a convenient time for your consult session and prompted to add a calendar reminder link to your personal calendar. You will then be prompted to process payment for you service. As soon as your order is complete we will send an immediate confirmation and then an email within one business day to gather survey or needs assessment if that was included in your service (see descriptions on services page). You will receive an email reminder as the consulting session nears. The initial consult is done via phone or video skype call if desired for executive services. The consult is our strategy session, and an important opportunity to get to know you, find out exactly where you are in your career/job search and learn about your specific goals and needs.
  • How long will my project take?
    At the end of the initial consult, we’ll quote you a draft delivery date for physical items such as Resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and reports. For Reports, Resumes and LinkedIn Profiles, we typically run about 5-7 business days. For cover letters, we have a 2-3 business day turnaround. Any other services you have ordered as part of your package can be scheduled when you are ready.
  • What is your guarentee policy?
    Once a session is completed, we cannot issue a refund for consulting service time alloted and exhausted. If you are not satisfied in nearly all cases your coach will be able to help you find a resolution, as long as you communicate with them.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Payments for completed services are non-refundable. Service is considered complete after first consultation meeting. If you order a service and do not utilize all the components we do not adjust pricing. We will accommodate you should you wish to delay any project for 30 days. Should you need an extension for any reason, we will work to accommodate you up to 90 days of purchase.
  • What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?
    The time slot is reserved and allocated to a client in advance during the booking process, therefore, we require a 24-hour notice to reschedule. We will allow 1 reschedule per service before it is considered a completed.
